We are not able to accept returns from customers until they contact us first for shipping instructions.

Returned products must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to an oversight on TitaniumRings.com’s part.

Please Note: Packages sent to us from outside Canada, please ensure no duties or taxes are to the recipient, otherwise your package will be refused and returned to you.

Titanium rings without inlays, carvings, engraving or stone settings

Returnable for a refund within 21 days after delivered. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Titanium rings with inlays or carvings

Returnable for a refund within 15 days after delivered. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Titanium rings with stone settings

Returnable for a refund within 15 days after delivered. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Diamonds or other gemstones purchased for use in our settings

We aren't able to refund Diamonds or Gemstones. When returning jewelry with diamond(s) or gemstone(s) for refund, your refund is calculated on the value of the setting alone, not including the cost of the stone. The stones will be returned to you.

5X Engineered Diamond Plated rings

Returnable for a refund within 15 days after delivered.  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Black Diamond Coated rings

Returnable for a refund within 15 days after delivered.  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom designed rings and rings with custom designed outside engraving

Cannot be returned for a refund.

Earrings

Returnable for a refund within 15 days after delivered.  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued after the item(s) has been received and inspected by a TitaniumRings.com workshop employee.

Cancellation Policy

If decide you want to cancel your order, you may do so without charge within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of ordering will be charged a restocking fee equivalent to 25% of the purchase price. All rush fees are not refundable.
